Job summary

Rural King in Martin, Tennessee is seeking a Maintenance Associate to keep the store clean, safe, and well-organized for customers and colleagues. You will perform routine cleaning, restocking, and upkeep of the store and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lifts 30 pounds repetitively and 31–50 pounds intermittently.
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and appearance including floors, restrooms, fixtures, and parking areas.
• Perform basic maintenance and repairs such as changing bulbs and minor plumbing.
• Identify safety hazards and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with unloading trucks, stocking, zoning, and store activities.
• Provide friendly support to customers and associates and participate in training.
