Job summary

Theisen's Home Farm Auto is seeking a Store Maintenance Associate to help preserve the store's condition. Responsibilities include floors, painting, basic electrical work, restroom upkeep, and assisting with deliveries, drop-offs and pickups for the store.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 3–12 months maintenance experience, OSHA Lock Out/Tag Out certification within 3 months, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or trade school preferred.
• 3–12 months of general maintenance experience preferred.
• Completion of Lock Out/Tag Out OSHA Certification within 3 months of beginning employment.
• Valid driver’s License with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store facilities including floors, painting, electrical, and restrooms.
• Assist with deliveries, drop-offs and pickups for the store.
• Load and unload items for shipments.
• Follow safety, Hazmat and OSHA requirements.
• Support seasonal maintenance and minor repairs as needed.
