Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and maintenance throughout the facility, including minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Troubleshoot and repair doors, locks, fixtures, furniture, walls, flooring, and other building components.
• Complete routine preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Assist with installations and assembly of equipment, fixtures, shelving, and furniture.
• Maintain clean, organized and safe maintenance areas and tools.
• Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize repairs based on urgency.
• Assist with groundskeeping and exterior maintenance as needed.
• Identify issues that require specialized contractors and communicate them to management.
• Follow safety procedures and keep work areas hazard-free.
• Maintain basic records of completed work and supplies used.

• Troubleshoot and repair common issues with doors, locks, fixtures, furniture, walls, flooring, and other building components.
• Complete routine preventative maintenance and inspections to identify potential problems before they become major repairs.
• Perform basic installations, replacements, and assembly of equipment, fixtures, shelving, and furniture.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of maintenance areas, tools, and equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize repairs based on urgency and operational needs.
• Assist with groundskeeping, exterior maintenance, and general property upkeep as needed.
• Identify maintenance issues that require specialized contractors and communicate them to management.
• Follow established safety procedures and ensure work areas remain safe and free of hazards.

Qualifications
