Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness throughout all areas of the store by dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, cleaning mirrors, and collecting trash, hangers, and sensor tags.
• Clean restrooms and breakroom thoroughly, sanitizing all surfaces and restocking essential items.
• Replenish supplies at registers and organize cleaning and maintenance supplies to promote efficiency.
• Support store safety by identifying hazards and resolving promptly.
• Replace interior and exterior lights, maintaining a well-lit store environment.
• Support training tools and stay informed of products, policies, and store events to enhance execution.
• Contribute to a positive store culture by building connections with teammates and celebrating achievements.
• Enhance in-store customer experience by assisting customers and supporting peak traffic periods.
• Follow asset protection procedures and safety guidelines to minimize risk.
