Job summary

ShopRite of Fairless Hills is seeking a dependable Associate to deliver friendly customer service while keeping the store clean, safe, and welcoming for shoppers.

You will perform janitorial duties, restock supplies, and maintain floors, bathrooms, and fixtures according to store procedures and safety rules. The role requires stamina to stand for extended shifts and the ability to work with others; 18+ to operate certain equipment is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak English clearly.
• Stand/walk for full shifts with endurance.
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally; 25 lbs regularly.
• Friendly, helpful attitude when interacting with customers.
• Able to work with others and follow schedules.

Responsibilities

• Empty all trash and recycling according to procedures.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms and restrooms.
• Replenish paper and soap supplies in restrooms.
• Clean floors, mops, sweeps, and general areas per guidelines.
• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized store environment.
