Job summary

Palm Beach Tan - Jonesboro (Hilltop) is seeking a store manager who will oversee staff, drive sales, and maintain a high level of customer service. The role starts with a 5-week manager-training course that includes performance metrics and leadership responsibilities.

You will hire and develop employees, ensure a positive store environment, and meet metrics across banking, safety, and operations while controlling expenses and maintaining organization.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Complete a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Interview, hire, and develop store staff.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and help employees meet their metrics.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales.
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements.
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance.
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
