Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and participate in a 3+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for store management.
• Provide hands-on paid training and ongoing leadership development to support career growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
