Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in Springfield, TN. You will work alongside the Store Leader to supervise store staff, promote excellent customer service, and execute merchandising and promotional plans.

This role offers full-time hours and opportunities for advancement. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, strong communication, and a commitment to safety and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership for all store employees.
• Train and coach staff to maintain high service standards.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment following health and sanitation procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team and leadership.
