Job summary

UNIQLO Store Management Internship invites students to join our sales floor team for an immersive summer experience in New York. You will support store operations, assist customers, and contribute to merchandising and daily activities alongside our full-time staff.

Eligible interns will gain exposure to management tracks, participate in a capstone project, and have a pathway to our leadership development program. Orientation is in NYC, with opportunities to advance within UNIQLO.

Qualifications

• Enrolled undergraduate or graduate student
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Available for in-person orientation in NYC during first week
• Capable of 30 hours/week in-store
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of UNIQLO stores and products
• Previous retail or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong leadership and teamwork experience
• Basic retail math and sales analysis
• Strong presentation skills for end-of-program project

Responsibilities

• Work on the sales floor assisting with customer service and merchandising
• Serve as Manager on Duty during shifts to lead store operations
• Gain insight into retail operations and consumer impact
• Collaborate on a project to improve store operations or customer experience
• Present end-of-term project to leadership
