The program starts with a starting wage of $27.25 per hour and offers industry-leading training and growth opportunities, with earning potential in a detailed track as you progress to management.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience and prior management experience are required or strongly preferred.
• Ability to develop rapport, lead teams and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops store personnel; communicates expectations to drive results.
• Develops action plans to improve operating results using company resources.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with the district manager as needed.
• Interviews candidates and recommends hires; manages scheduling and staffing.
• Ensures safety, policy compliance and ongoing staff training.
