7-Eleven in the United States is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will work closely with the Store Leader to supervise daily operations, train associates, and drive excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates have prior retail supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage merchandising, cash handling, and safety standards while promoting our loyalty program and store metrics.

Qualifications
