Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a single Panda Express store in Boynton Beach. You will hire, supervise and coach team members to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will participate in a 3+ week leadership training program designed to develop store operations, customer service and food safety practices. This role requires flexibility to work opening/closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 miles radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
