Panda Restaurant Group's Panda Express brand is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Boca Raton, Florida. You will oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring, coaching, and directing team members to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide 8+ weeks of store leadership training, mentorship, and a supportive Panda community to help you grow professionally and personally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to store team members and drive a positive guest experience.
• Oversee training and development through the 8+ weeks leadership training program.
