Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our Kentucky store leadership team. You will supervise daily operations, coach staff, and deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; retail management experience a plus.

• Coach and develop staff to improve retention, performance, and engagement.
