Job summary

Responsibilities include assisting with recruiting, maintaining store standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies and cash controls, while supporting open/close activities and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of retail experience preferred for external candidates.
• Bilingual Spanish speakers may be preferred for some locations.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with store merchandising and inventory management; ensure proper pricing and presentation.
• Own inventory processes including damages, markdowns, scanning, and paperwork.
• Follow prescribed ordering to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide superior customer service leadership.
• Operate store in store manager's absence.
• Review operating statements to identify trends and opportunities.
• Complete all paperwork and documentation on time.
