Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Experience driving profitability and loss center results.
• Ability to motivate and inspire teammates.
• Effective communication with guests and staff.
• Compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsabilités

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling.
• Manage store financial health with sales, inventory, cash controls, and P&L.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules for proper coverage and business needs.
• Set the example for guest service and resolve complaints.
• Ensure building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.
