Job summary

7-Eleven in Timberville, VA is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will supervise teammates, deliver excellent customer service, train staff, and help execute merchandising and marketing programs to drive sales.

You should have retail management experience, a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and be comfortable with cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty programs. We offer full-time hours and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside Store Leader.
• Demonstrated strength in retention by developing leaders and empowering employees.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Promote loyalty programs and manage cash handling and fuel transactions.
• Maintain clean, safe store environment and ensure products are in stock.
• Proficient in basic computer use (Word/Excel).
• High school diploma or GED preferred; one year of retail management experience acceptable.
• Valid Driver’s License and automotive liability insurance.

Responsibilities
