This role offers full-time hours, leadership experience, and competitive pay as you grow through the Store Leader Trainee path. You will oversee customer service, train and coach staff, help implement merchandising and marketing programs, handle cash and fuel transactions, promote our loyalty program, and maintain a clean, safe store environment per health

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Develop leaders and empower employees to drive productivity and retention.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Proficient cash handling and fuel transactons; promote loyalty program.
• Maintain clean, safe store environment following health procedures and in-stock products.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer service and training initiatives in partnership with the Store Leader.
• Identify and develop qualified applicants to maintain staffing needs.
• Support merchandising and promotional programs across the store.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotions.
• Ensure store is clean, stocked, and compliant with health/sanitation policies.
