Job summary

Buckle is hiring for a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader at our Glendale, AZ store. The role blends sales, merchandising and hands-on operations to support store leadership and guest experiences.

You will recruit and develop Teammates, lead by example on the sales floor, and help manage daily tasks from handling merchandise to checkout. Full-time, on-site position with a focus on service and results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or related retail experience.
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
• Ability to work on-site with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Lead by example with showmanship and superior customer service on the sales floor.
• Recruit and train Teammates, and develop department talent to meet Buckle standards.
• Maintain store standards, assist with merchandising, POS procedures, and daily operations.
