Qualifications

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to transfer to Walgreens stores within the hiring area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations under the Store Manager across front-end and pharmacy.
• Shadow and support Store Manager in leading the team and maintaining standards.
• Develop staff through training, coaching, and performance conversations.
