Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Experience to perform the essential duties and working conditions described below.
• Ability to supervise and train for equipment use as per CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage listed CSR/ASM functions.
• Ability to use a computer for reports, inventory, cash control, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, and well kept.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and customers.
• Schedule employees to maximize service and maintain site image.
• Apply non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training, counseling and separation.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Train employees on safety, customer service, and marketing execution.
• Communicate with staff regularly and hold ongoing meetings with the Market Manager.
• Evaluate action plans to meet site objectives; organize and maintain site files.
