The role emphasizes leadership, merchandising, and budget awareness, with progression through the company’s training programs to build promotable talent across the retail network. A strong work ethic and willingness to grow with the team are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; not required if retail management experience is demonstrated.
• Proven ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching to store staff.
• Strong merchandising and marketing program execution skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team; supervise with an assistant manager as part of the leadership group.
• Oversee merchandising, marketing programs, and promotions to drive profitability and sales.
• Utilize store reports and P&L data to implement improvements and optimize operations.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion.
• Ensure health and sanitation standards are met and the store remains clean and presentable.
