You will greet customers, schedule service, consult on needs, coordinate with technicians, and help maintain high performance standards in a fast-paced retail auto service environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated motivation with hands-on management potential.
• Strong customer service orientation with trust-building ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Automotive experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Consistently delivering results for customers and team.
• Ensure customers are greeted courteously and receive high service levels.
• Schedule service appointments and answer questions in person and by phone.
• Consult customers on service needs and update them on vehicle progress.
• Provide customers a positive experience and uphold company standards.
• Coordinate with teammates and technicians to meet time commitments.
• Step in to take on additional duties as needed.
