Panda Restaurant Group's Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single store, hire and guide team members, and drive excellent guest experiences. You’ll start with a multi-week store leadership training program to set you up for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda store and lead associates.
• Hire, train, and direct staff to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program.
