Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store and supervise associates to meet financial goals and guest experiences.
• Hire, manage and direct staff to support store success.
• Participate in store leadership training program for 3+ weeks.
