Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an experienced leader to supervise the front-end and pharmacy operations, guiding store teams to meet company goals and deliver excellent customer service.

You will partner with the Store Manager on scheduling, staffing, and performance management, while driving improvements in service metrics, store profitability, and compliance. This role includes potential promotion to Store Manager and requires flexibility in schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with solid academic record or Walgreens internship program completed.
• Two years of supervisory experience or willingness to assume supervision.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to relocate for promotion to Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters to ensure store operations meet company deliverables.
• Supports Store Manager with overall operation and scheduling, including front-end and pharmacy.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline of direct reports.
• Monitors customer service metrics and coaches teams to improve loyalty and satisfaction.
• Oversees cash management, inventory, and store safety and compliance.
