• Drives financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Supervises hourly associates, hires, trains, assigns duties and provides recognition.
• Coordinates plans with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and promotes continuous learning.
