Formación

• For facilities that sell firearms, successful completion of a firearms-specific CBC and firearms training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete trainings and assessments such as Academy trainings and Open Door trainings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop teams through training and feedback to improve store operations.
• Drive store financial performance including budgeting, forecast, and controlling expenses.
• Manage customer service initiatives and ensure high quality customer experience.
• Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate hourly associates and promote a culture of belonging.
