Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee a single Panda Express store. You will hire, coach and supervise team members to meet financial targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

A structured leadership training program of 3 or more weeks is provided to prepare you for success. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid training, medical, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and opportunities for growth

Competenze

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Mansioni

• Assist operation of a single store and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ week Store Leadership Training program.
