Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a Panda Express store and lead a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will participate in a multi-week leadership training program designed to develop management skills and drive store performance.

You will hire, coach, and supervise associates, shape daily operations, and ensure financial goals are met while upholding safety and food quality standards. A flexible schedule and relocation within 50 miles are expected.

Qualifications

• Food safety certification (Serve Safe) required.
• Must be willing to relocate/mobile within 50 miles of home.
• Availability for a flexible schedule including openings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store, including staffing and guest service.
• Hire, train, and supervise associates to achieve financial goals.
