Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Schedule flexibility including openings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Serve Safe certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store.
• Hire and direct associates to meet financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ week leadership training program and ongoing development.
