Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store by hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
