Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Riverside, IL. As an Assistant Manager you will assist the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success. We offer a comprehensive rewards package including medical/dental coverage, 401K with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities
