Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a single Panda Express store in Lake Forest, IL. You will hire, coach and supervise team members to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and store performance.
• Participate in training and coaching to prepare for leadership responsibilities.
