CVS Health is seeking individuals for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program in California. This development-focused role prepares you for a CVS Store Manager position with 16 weeks of self-paced, hands-on training and virtual learning experiences.

You will work with a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach to grow leadership skills and demonstrate CVS values while supporting store operations.

Qualifications

• Willingness to promote to Store Manager across locations within designated market.
• Ability to transfer to CVS Pharmacy stores in the designated market.
• Flexible to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with leaders in learning experiences to progress toward promotion.
• Support the store as a management team member and lead in line with CVS values.
