Job summary

Panda Express in the United States is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single store, recruit and lead staff, and ensure outstanding guest experiences. You will participate in a 3+ week Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.

You will be responsible for hiring, supervising and directing associates to meet financial goals, while maintaining high standards of service and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Must be willing to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified or food safety training required.
