84 Lumber in Lubbock, TX seeks a Manager Trainee for a full-time, entry-level leadership track. You will rotate through store operations, sell and service customers, and learn financial basics to prepare for management. Promotion to leadership occurs within 6–12 months based on performance and openings, with opportunities across locations.

No prior management experience is required; dedication and willingness to learn are valued as you advance toward general management within a few years.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Full-time schedule with 48+ hours/week and overtime included.
• No prior managerial experience required; readiness to learn and grow in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Payroll, Invoicing, Inventory and POS Systems responsibilities.
• Microsoft Office Suite usage and training as part of role.
• Interpreting and analyzing common financial reports.
• Reading blueprints and creating material lists.
• Responding to customer inquiries and issues.
