Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for equipment, tools and materials per job descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in CSR/ASM duties.
• Ability to use computer skills for reports, inventory, cash control, notices, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to/from meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized and well kept.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize service and image.
• Apply non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training, counseling, motivating and separating staff.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Promote safe, positive public image in the community.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Train staff on customer service, site image and marketing execution.
• Train employees on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Ensure timely and clear internal communications and meetings.
• Organize files, reports, and posters; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage merchandise display, stock levels and pricing.
• Ensure all required employment posters are accessible.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits; budget and forecast.
• Safeguard money; perform necessary financial analyses.
