Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Store Manager in Ashburn, GA to lead daily store operations, supervise a small team, and ensure excellent customer service. You will recruit, train, and develop staff, manage inventory and visuals, and uphold company standards in safety, compliance and community relations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Ability to supervise and train staff per CSR/LSR/SA roles.
• Proficient with computer tasks including reports, inventory, cash handling.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work open availability.
• English language proficiency.
