Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in the CSR/ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the CSR/ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Recruit, hire and train positive, enthusiastic employees, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep site clean, stocked, organized, and maintained per company standards.
• Maintain a professional and supportive image among staff and supervisors.

• Implement non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training, counseling, motivating and separating employees.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Promote safe, positive image within the community.
