Job summary

Circle K in Camilla, Georgia is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day store operations, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining store appearance and compliance with company standards.

You will recruit and train employees, schedule shifts, manage inventory and sales, analyze daily performance, and foster positive relationships with suppliers and the local community.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Experience to perform the essential duties and responsibilities.
• Ability to supervise and train staff on equipment per CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions listed for CSR/ASM.
• Ability to use a computer for reports, inventory, cash control, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English (oral and written).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Assign tasks and keep the site clean, stocked and well kept to standards.
• Maintain a professional image and schedule staff per guidelines.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Train employees on safety, service, and marketing execution.
• Maintain organized files and ensure timely reports.
• Analyze daily sales and manage budgets and margins.
