Job summary

Yesway is looking for a Store Supervisor in New Mexico to support the Store Manager with staff training, scheduling, and daily operations. The role focuses on guest service, compliance, and accurate merchandising while helping manage profitability and shrink control.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of supervising experience. Certification testing is required upon employment, and offers include health benefits and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with management responsibilities including training and development of employees and store responsibilities.
• Schedule employees for shifts.
• Resolve store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise.
• Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions.
• Monitor profits through end of day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.
