Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer experiences within our Cincinnati stores. You will lead a team, coach associates, and ensure strength in service, merchandising, and operations.

The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and some holidays, with External Key Carrier responsibilities and opening/closing duties. A focus on safety and loss prevention rounds out essential duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 1-3 years related experience in retail, sales, and/or supervisory roles preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and customer service to achieve store growth and client satisfaction.
• Lead training and development of store associates; model excellent service and product knowledge.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and drive operational efficiency across store processes.
• Support opening and closing duties and store safety as External Key Carrier, including cash handling and alarm procedures.
