As an Assistant Manager you’ll assist the operation of a single store, hire and direct staff to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and direct associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire, train, and manage staff to deliver excellent guest service and store performance.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
