Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales activity and guide associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist with inventory control, transactions, and shrink prevention efforts.
• Ensure compliance with Citi Trends policies, procedures, and standards.
• Supervise and support store associates in sales, inventory, cash handling, and customer service.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of staff; support staffing levels and retention.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to associates.
• Maintain a safe, organized store environment and reinforce policy adherence.
• Support merchandising, operational, and visual standards across the store.
