Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales, managing expenses, and overseeing operations (merchandising, backroom, front line, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, receiving).
• Recruit, train, and develop Associates; mentor and role model to ensure a positive experience for staff and customers.
• Communicate and execute action plans for projects, targets, and store changes; contribute to succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention and improve store layout.
