Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, supervision, scheduling, training, and development of store personnel.

• Help meet sales targets and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Manager or Commercial Sales Manager.
• Provide WOW! customer service and resolve concerns proactively.
• Drive productivity and retention of high-performing employees while ensuring efficiency.
• Enforce PPE use and promote workplace safety.
• Assist in budgeting and monitor expenses to maximize profitability.
