• Oversee store operations and ensure efficiency and compliance in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Deliver WOW! customer service, resolve concerns, and convert complaints into positive experiences.
• Drive operational efficiency and ensure merchandising, cleanliness, and organization.
• Support budgeting efforts, analyze financial statements, and monitor expenses.
