Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales, controlling expenses, and overseeing merchandising, backroom, front-line, cash office and operations.
• Recruit, train, and mentor Associates to deliver consistent customer experiences.
• Implement action plans for projects and store changes, and coordinate loss prevention and store layout improvements.
