Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing key operations (merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, receiving).
• Recruit, train, and mentor Associates to build a high-performing team.
• Communicate plans for projects and company initiatives; support succession planning for future needs.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets; improve store layout and efficiency.
